Conversations

If you submit the contact form, your name, email, request type, and any optional details you choose to include are stored to respond to your enquiry. Please do not include passwords or sensitive personal information. Submissions are available only through the authorized owner account, not public analytics. Form records are retained for up to one year by the scheduled cleanup; a business relationship may require separate correspondence.

AI guide and spoken replies

When you send a question to A?01, your question and up to five recent exchanges are sent through our server to OpenAI to generate a reply. The conversation stays in page memory and is cleared when you reload or choose Clear chat. Our application does not save chat transcripts to its database and requests that API responses are not stored as retrievable response objects. OpenAI may retain data under its own API processing and abuse-monitoring policies. Avoid sharing sensitive information. AI replies can be inaccurate and are not quotes or commitments from the team.

Voice is optional and off by default. Enabling it uses your browser?s speech synthesis, which may use a device or browser-provider service. The site does not record your microphone. You can stop speech or turn voice off at any time. Chat availability checks send no conversation text. Short-lived hashes of connection addresses limit chat requests in server memory.

Optional analytics

Analytics are off until you enable them using the footer control. Declining does not affect the portfolio or contact form. You can turn them off at any time; this removes the analytics identifiers from your browser and stops new events. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected.

With your permission, random identifiers stored in your browser estimate browsers and sessions. The browser identifier expires after 30 days; a session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. We collect page and section observations, project and contact actions, referring domain, campaign labels, broad browser/device/OS/screen categories, and approximate country when hosting infrastructure supplies it. Events are retained for up to 365 days.

We do not collect mouse recordings, keystrokes, form contents in analytics, raw IP addresses in our database, or invasive fingerprints. Counts are approximate and can be affected by blockers, shared devices, resets, or automated traffic. Missing referrers are recorded as “Direct / unavailable.”

Storage and service providers

Vercel hosts the site and server endpoints; Supabase provides authentication and database storage. These providers may process connection metadata such as IP addresses under their own retention and security policies. Short-lived, keyed hashes are used for abuse-rate limits; raw addresses are not saved in the application database. If email notifications are configured, Resend delivers a generic notice to the owner without your message content.

The first-visit introduction uses session storage only to remember that it was shown. Owner authentication uses a secure, HTTP-only session cookie. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your choices

Contact the address above to request access to or deletion of your submitted contact details. Turning off analytics deletes the browser identifier locally; aggregate historical counts are not tied to your contact record. Provider processing locations depend on the hosting regions chosen for this deployment.
